4.2 Not Emergency Services
Our services are NOT intended for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services (Dial 112) or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
4.3 Limitations of Telehealth
You acknowledge that:
- Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person consultations
- Physical examination is limited to visual assessment

5. User Responsibilities

6. Booking and Cancellation

- You will receive appointment reminders via email or SMS

- We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI
